When Shake Shack started as a hot dog cart in New York City's Madison Square Park, our mission was simple: raise funds for a public art project. Doing good has been part of our DNA since day one. As we’ve grown, so has our mission to Stand For Something Good — nurturing communities by delivering exceptional food and hospitality, and serving our team members, guests, and communities in everything we do. We aspire to bring the world’s best fine casual experience to as many people as possible, while creating pride across our company and making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
