Capital Cooks is a partnership between chefs and management of Different Drummer's Kitchen in Stuyvesant Plaza. You will find our beautiful, new cooking school at 12 Walker Way, Colonie, NY, 12205.
We are so excited to offer the Capital District a clean, beautiful space to rent for food production. If you have an established business or you are looking to start something new, we would love to share our commercial kitchen with you.
