As the President of CEO For Hire, LLC, Dave specializes in providing tailored leadership and business development solutions to organizations facing leadership transitions or seeking to augment their internal expertise.

With a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success, Dave has held numerous influential roles throughout his career. Notably, as Vice President of Troy Industrial Solutions from January 2004 to September 2023, Dave was instrumental in driving the company's growth and profitability. He led efforts to expand the business from one location to four, overseeing operations, marketing, and brand strategy. Under his leadership, Troy Industrial Solutions became the premier electromechanical support company in the Northeast, serving industrial, municipal, and commercial clients.

Dave's commitment to industry advancement extends beyond his executive roles. As a member of the Executive Committee for the Chief Executive Network (CEN) for Manufacturing from January 2008 to December 2019, Dave chaired legislative and workforce development committees. Through collaborative efforts with fellow industry leaders, Dave contributed to establishing high-quality forums for knowledge sharing and developing best practices.

In addition to his executive leadership and advisory roles, Dave has served on the boards of several prominent organizations. As a founding member of the Bearing and Power Transmission Division of Affiliated Distributors, Dave played a key role in shaping the division's strategic direction and fostering collaboration among members. Likewise, his tenure on the board of IDC-USA, an industrial cooperative focused on enhancing purchasing power and national competitiveness, underscored his commitment to driving collective success within the industry.

Dave's educational background includes studies in Business Administration at The Sage College of Albany, Industrial Economics at Union College, and Marketing at Hudson Valley Community College. His academic foundation, combined with decades of hands-on experience and leadership, positions him as a versatile and accomplished professional capable of delivering impactful results.
