Empower leadership, engage teams, and elevate performance. In today’s dynamic business landscape, the effectiveness of performance management is more critical than ever. Organizations face mounting retention challenges, new or untrained leaders struggle with efficacy, employee disengagement is on the rise, and misalignment within teams undermines accountability. Further, the well-being of managers is crucial, yet often overlooked. This workshop addresses these pressing concerns with a comprehensive approach to modern performance management and how to leverage technology and AI-assisted tools. 

This program is designed for HR leaders, as well as leaders at all levels who manage employees. During this program, participants will be able to: 

•Identify at least two strategies that can protect against the four forces of disengagement to enhance engagement and recognition within their teams. 

•Apply the key elements of effective one-on-one meetings and continuous feedback in their daily management activities. 

•Describe at least two tips for giving constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement. 

•Practice a simple coaching framework for leaders to drive performance.
