Leadership Tech Valley (LTV) addresses the professional development of leadership skills in group dynamics, decision-making and team building. The LTV program provides opportunities for individuals from diverse fields and backgrounds to come together and address regional challenges, enhancing their leadership network, fostering creative problem-solving and shaping a progressive future for the Capital Region.
