This workshop is for leaders and managers of organizations in service industries that process information using technology. Participants will be shown the challenges that current technology has created for the modern workplace and how these challenges are bad for both personal and organizational productivity. •How to stop using email as the default means of workflow and replace it with a structured system to manage day to day project and process work
•How to build a bridge between technology and people that maximizes full adoption of the technology tools you provide staff
