Description

Employee Evaluation Tools act as a roadmap for employee performance reviews. An old, outdated or misaligned evaluation tool hinders the employee evaluation process and can lead to miscommunication, disengagement, and frustration on the part of both managers and employees – the opposite of what the employee evaluation process is designed to do. Whether your business has an employee evaluation tool that hasn’t been updated in far too long, or you are looking to implement a formal employee evaluation plan for the first time, it is important to make your evaluation tool as applicable, relevant and useful as possible.

In this hands-on workshop, participants will have an opportunity to review several different styles of evaluation tool, identify what competencies and knowledge should be included for their current job functions, and which style of evaluation tool might be most appropriate for their workplace. Participants are encouraged to bring a copy of their current evaluation tool to review, update and/or revise.
